Introduction

Are you ready to get that strong core you have always dreamed of or that booty to fill out those jeans?

This program is designed to help you get stronger through a daily warmup, a HIIT style workout and a little accessory work. Strength training is the best way to get off the treadmill and start seeing the results you have always dreamt of.

This is a great program written specifically for those who have limited on equipment and want workouts for isolated muscle groups. By no means is this a walk-in-the-park program, you will work hard and sweat…a lot! Workouts include guided warmups and stretching along with two workouts designed to target your ass and abs. It is great for those wanting to use no weight or just what you have at home. Great for traveling, especially with The EmPack. We recommend that you go through once, maybe twice, so you get the most out of this program!

What is the difference between versions?
Version 1 and Version 2 have the same difficulty level, but Version 2 programming adds a few new moves!
What do you recommend I start with?
We cannot require you to have done Version 1 but we highly recommend it!
What is each day like?
Each day the workout will come with videos to demonstrate proper form
